Lakshan Madurasinghe, International Partner - Sri Lanka, Maldives & Mauritius

Lakshan Madurasinghe is an international business consultant, strategic advisor, 
and CEO & Founder of Solutions Ground Pvt Ltd, with over 25 years of experience spanning multinational corporations, government institutions, and multilateral development agencies across South-West Asia.

He has held several high-impact leadership roles, including Regional Director at The Coca-Cola Company, President Emeritus of the American Chamber of Commerce Sri Lanka, and Board Director at the Board of Investment Sri Lanka. He has also served as Chairman of Habitat for Humanity Sri Lanka and continues to contribute as Chairman of the Board of Advisors at AIESEC in Sri Lanka.

In addition to his corporate and institutional leadership, Lakshan has worked with global organizations such as UNICEF, ILO, and American Express Bank. His work reflects a strong commitment to policy advocacy, leadership mentoring, and fostering cross-sector collaboration for inclusive and sustainable growth.
