Website, you agree to be bound by:

These Terms are framed having regard to the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology
(Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code), 2021 (“2021 Intermediary Rules”), the Digital
Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025
(“DPDP Rules”) to the extent applicable.

By using the Website, you represent that you are competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act,
1872 and are at least 18 years of age.

(g) is false or misleading in a material respect.
We may, in appropriate circumstances and in line with the 2021 Intermediary Rules, restrict or terminate

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Chandigarh shall
have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your
