These Terms are framed having regard to the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code), 2021 (“2021 Intermediary Rules”), the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 (“DPDP Rules”) to the extent applicable.

2. Eligibility
By using the Website, you represent that you are competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and are at least 18 years of age.

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
