Sanjay Sahay, a distinguished 1989 Batch IPS officer, served over three decades in critical law enforcement roles, including SPs of three districts, Inspector General of the Eastern Range, Chief of Karnataka Police computerization on four occasions and leadership positions in UN Peacekeeping Missions in Kosovo and Sudan. He headed various Police verticals as ADGP. He was awarded with President’s Police Medal and UN Peacekeeping Medals.

He is a leading expert in Cyber Security, Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence. A pioneer in digital governance, he architected the "Police IT" ERP, a massive 2.5-million-line code ecosystem on the .Net platform that became the benchmark for India’s national CCTNS project. He is credited with establishing India’s first Cyber Crime Police Station, creating the KSPWAN intranet, and building a Tier II Data Center on a Private Cloud.

Now the Founder Director of TechConPro, he delivers enterprise-grade technology solutions. A prolific thought leader, Sahay has delivered over 1,400 keynotes, appears regularly on national TV as a subject expert, and authors the "DailyPost," an uninterrupted blog running since 2016 totaling around 3400.
